Deputies say an elderly woman was stabbed during a home invasion in Coolville. Sheriff Patrick Kelly says the 80-year-old victim called 911 this morning, and said someone entered her house last night, then beat, stabbed, and robbed her.

He was born in Jacinto, Miss. on Jan. 22, 1937, and was the son of the late Clovis R. and Lessie Derrberry Richardson.
