A Conewango Valley teenager was charged with second- degree harassment Monday by a Cattaraugus County sheriff's deputy following a school bus incident.

An Amherst man was injured Wednesday in a hunting accident on Glasgow Road. Deputies said Daniel Ohar, 60, was attempting to climb down from a tree stand when he stepped on a branch and the branch broke.

Donald W. Foster, 52, of Conewango Valley was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breathalyzer and several traffic infractions after he was pulled over in Falconer on Saturday morning.
