Conesville Woman Hurt In Crash

An 18-year-old Conesville woman is seriously injured in a one car crash. Troopers says Kara Riggle was driving north on County Road 271 in Franklin Township when her car went off the right side of the road and struck a culvert, overturned, ejecting her and ultimately pinning her underneath the vehicle.
