Jim Campbell for Concord City Council....

Today's voting day, it's just not April 11, 1972! I'm pretty sure this guy was never elected, but here's his campaign sticker from 37-years-ago. Anybody know Jim Campbell? FYI, it's not the same Jim Campbell who's the Governor of Rotary District 5160.
