What happened was Cain pissed off a bunch of people down in Austin and his own party realigned him out of a job! Why don't he run for relection to his current district? Cause he knows he doesn't have a snowballs chance. So now he decides to run for something else where the "thinks" he can win. Otherwise, why would you take a demotion in the ranks?

Due to the lack of population growth in rural NE Texas and the growth in other areas of the state, NE Texas was going to lose a seat. Thus, HD 3 was eliminated and spread over adjoining districts. Cain can't run for re-election to his seat, because it doesn't exist under the new redistricting.

It's going to be another 'who do I vote against' election. Against Baird. I don't know that Cain has done anything special, but neither did Homer. He hasn't embarassed us, traitored us, or blown the budget. So far Cain hasn't lost my vote.

. Wake up folks. Cain certainly can run for election as a representative again, but the district has been redrawn and his chances are slim and none. He had ran for judge once before and lost. He knows if he fooled you once, the odds are he can do it again. .

They both would make a good judge. Cain has more experience.
Will someone tell me if Will Biard is the son of Webb? I have wondered about this.
