Three Comer men accused of stealing 33 cartons of cigarettes from a Hart County store should have their case heard by a grand jury next month, an investigator for the Hart County Sheriff's Office said this morning.

A Comer man was killed Thursday when his car ran into a wandering horse on U.S. Highway 129 near Gainesville about half an hour before sunrise.
