You know what would help Deming besides teaching the children the dangers of drugs? The United States should help the citizens of this country that deserve the help. How do you distinguish? The US Gov. should drug test everyone applying for public assistance. I understand that there are people on medications that need it. But do you realize how much money our Government would save if they did some thing like that?
