The resolution states that in the event of threatening weather, the dispatcher on duty will monitor local television broadcasts, weather radio and weather websites for warnings issued in the Columbiana area.

Destiny Lynn Lawson, a 5-foot-3 white female, has been missing since Dec. 29, when she was last seen at her foster parents' residence on Shelby County 56 in Wilsonville.
