Promotion offers chance to sample downtown businesses

Local shopping is idea behind program By DEANNA POGORELC Staff Writer As the holiday season rolls around, the Columbia City Area Chamber of Commerce and its members are encouraging the community to shop local by giving away more than $700 in prizes to shoppers of local chamber businesses.
