Hate crime? Oh wait...the shooters were black...so it's not allowed to be called a hate crime. They can only be victims of hate crimes, never the suspects. No matter how many racial slurs they use during a crime, the law ignores hate crimes committed by blacks. God help someone from any other race ever bust out the N-word during anything though, because then it's automatically a hate crime. The most overtly racist people I've ever met were blacks, and usually it's been to mexicans, who the blacks consider to not even be human. But never do you ever hear of blacks being charged with hate crimes when if in the exact same situation you reversed the roles so that the victim were black instead, a hate crime would be charged in a second.

It's a B.S. double standard that they get away with everything they do and can only ever be victims in this society no matter what kind of monsters they are.

I think 40 years of crime and welfare and destruction of our society more than makes up for the "400 years of slavery" they whine about constantly whenever they get called on something they do.

I didn't see anything in the article about racial slurs being made. Were you there? why didn't you report this to law enforcement officers? No need to contact them. They can simply trace your IP address and contact you for this additional information.

Well, if it was a group of whites who walked up to a black man and killed him if would automatically be considered a hate crime by Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton no matter what the motive was. They would say the motive wasn't important, but that they still wouldn't have shot him if he hadn't been black.

So yeah, whether this was purely racially motivated or had racial overtones, it WAS a hate crime. And it should be treated as one. Because if it was a group of Latinos who killed one black man it would be called a hate crime. So this is too.

Typical of Colton, I saw nothing in "Really"s post to suggest that his IP address needs to be traced. He made no statement that he overheard racist remarks being made as you insinuated. He simply stated his opinions.

And no, if the article had stated that "a small group of white men had approached a black man in a hallway and shortly after they shot him" most would have no trouble suspecting that race played a part.

Javier C, you got it exactly right. And for those who don't get out much, the most common racial slur that's been used for the last 20 years is not, the "N" word, it's "White Bitcch". And that term is overwhelmingly mouthed by black people. Anybody that's been around knows that.
