Fire Destroys Lauderdale County Business
A Lauderdale County business caught fire very early Thursday morning. Collinsville, Suqualena and Martin firefighters responded to the fire at Boat and ATV World in Collinsville on Highway 19, north of Meridian, around 3 a.m. The damage is described as a total loss.

Traffic Switch Planned on Wildcat Road
The Mississippi Department of Transportation would like to alert motorists to an upcoming traffic switch in Lauderdale County, starting Tuesday, Sept.8. Traffic will be switched from the existing Wildcat Road to the new 90-degree alignment, which is located approximately 1,000 feet north of the existing Wildcat Road.
