Municipal taxes in Collingswood will rise by $56 on a home assessed at the borough average of $230,000. The newly re-elected commissioners, Jim Maley, Joan Leonard and Mike Hall, introduced a $16.1 million budget at their re-organization meeting on Tuesday.
