Groups to observe Memorial Day holiday
Sedalia Members of American Legion Posts 16 and 642, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2591, the 40 & 8 and Smith-Cotton JROTC will place flags by the graves of veterans at Highland Sacred Gardens, Crown Hill and Memorial Park cemeteries at 6:45 a.m. Saturday.
