Second arrest made in Sierra Vista theft case
A second arrest has been made in the Hope Depot theft case out of Sierra Vista. 28 year-old Helgar Rosas has been booked into the Cochise County Jail for trafficking in stolen property, theft and witness tampering and is being held on a $25,000 bond.
