More Charges Filed Against Drug Suspect

More charges have been filed against a Greencastle man. 24 year old Cyle Duncan was arrested in June for dealing meth.

There is a man somewhere in Greencastle that steals peoples dogs from up north. the man is 99.9% nuts. I don't know where he lives. And no I didn't see him steal the dogs but I heard about it. Any information?
