Three local men have been charged with cockfighting in a statewide undercover sting.

A 27-year-old York man died Friday in a crash near Clover. Around 1 a.m., Williams Allen Price was rounding a curve on Riddle Mill Road five miles east of Clover when he drove left of the center line and struck a tree, according to Highway Patrol.
