Meeting to discuss spending

Alamogordo Public Library Foundation president Nadia Sikes propose "a new direction for getting a better library," putting the question of a bigger library on a March 2009 ballot.

I'm glad that these decisions are being considered. I especially like the impartial architect idea, but underneath it all, I keep wondering what exactly is really happening. I've lived in this town for too many years.
