Every development should pay their fair share including that 'Dream Scheme' Provinsalia project towards building new sanitation station instead of allowing developers to slide and the rest pay for it. Long term renovation is a good policy as long as everyone pays their fair share. Development Impact fees was implemented some years ago long before Empore City Adminstrator ever came to Clearlake...but I guess over the years through previous City Councils that policy went by south and the best interest of the City of Clearlake. Mutual share of development cost is paramount from my prospective.
