Sanford-Clearwater deal nears completion
First there was a letter of intent, now there is a definitive agreement and all that remains is for the Sanford Health board of trustees to approve that agreement and Bagley, Minn.-based Clearwater Health Services will become part of the Sanford organization on Feb.
