Watertown police charged Brandon T. Thompson, 25, of 11385 Circle Drive, Chaumont, with first-degree robbery, petit larceny, second-degree menacing and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 11:42 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of Newell Street in Watertown.
