Two vehicles slam into each other. Between them, there are three people inside. When you see the pictures of the vehicles, you might assume the worst.

The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office said Dillon Slama drove through a stop sign on Pella Road and hit the truck at about 6 p.m. on Saturday.

Dillon J. Slama, 20, of rural Wilber and Frank J. Cerveny, 18, of Clatonia were pronounced dead at the scene, according to a press release from the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office.

The accident occurred on Southwest 142nd Road and Aspen Road. 24-year-old Stephanie Meinke of Clatonia and her 3-year-old son, Daniel were traveling southbound in a 2001 Ford Sedan.
