AEP Texas repair crews were working at the intersections of Rand Morgan and Leopard streets, Clarkwood and Sedwick roads and Clarkwood Road and State Highway 44 at 7:15 a.m. Sunday, said Julie Garcia, a senior officer with the Corpus Christi Police Department.
