Church Garden Found Vandalized
In Clarksville, church members arrived to Sunday services to find their memorial garden had been vandalized. As Jessica Kartalija reports, church officials think they know who did it.
Tucked away behind the Linden Linthicum United Methodist Church, a quiet memorial garden is a peaceful place for parishioners to remember loved ones.
Vandals kicked in fence posts, punched through the trellis, smashed stone and left their signature on a park bench.
"I don't think it was maliciously intended, `I'm going to go destroy something at a church,' as much as teenagers kind of having a fun---I use that term loosely--Saturday night," said Reverend Bryant Oskvig, the church's pastor . Read more
