The Kmart located along 10th Street in Jeffersonville confirmed on Thursday it will close its doors following the holiday season.

It's sad to see KMart leave. Although the store has needed a makeover for some time it was still nostalgic to shop there - it was like stepping back to the 1970's. I wish all the employees best of luck in finding a new job.
