Tornado warning issued for parts of Clark, Hamlin counties
A tornado warning has been issued for southeast Clark County and southwest Hamlin County until 4 p.m. Shortly before 3 p.m., Doppler Radar indicated a tornado six miles northwest of Willow Lake, moving east at 25 mph, according to the National Weather Service in Aberdeen.
