This school year, an unfamiliar face has been spotted in the halls and classrooms of Clarendon High School.

A public hearing on the city budget last Tuesday drew sharp criticism from one citizen about the contract between the City of Clarendon and the Donley County Sheriff's Department.

The Panhandle Association of Soil & Water Conservation Districts will meet this Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at the Clarendon College Bairfield Activity Center.
