A Pit Bull of that age is NOT a "puppy"....also saw the news report where the owner allows (encourages) a very young child to "cuddle" with this pit bull. That is very dangerous; behavior of any animal is NEVER predictable enough to justify endangering a child...or anyone for that matter.
