Commissioner facing charges over road work
BILLINGS - A McCone County commissioner accused of ordering a county crew to improve the private road to his house is facing a charge of felony theft and a misdemeanor charge of official misconduct.
Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at the above location. Upon arrival officers learned that a single white male, mid 30a s, had been involved in a conversation with an unrelated third party in the area.
A press release was issued this morning by Chief Deputy Paul Skyberg the McCone County Sheriff's Office stating Jason Gleason has been located in North Dakota and will be home later today .
Disease reported in white-tail deer
MILES CITY - Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks says an infectious viral disease has surfaced in resident white-tailed deer in the southeast part of the state.
