An accident was reported at North 18th and East Oak Streets. Samanda Parham of Moravia was driving a 2003 Ford owned by Jaqueline Richardson pulled out of the Hy-Vee parking lot directly into the path of a 1995 Dodge driven by Jeffrey Richmond of Centerville and owned by Mildred Richmond.
