Many communities surrounding Syracuse lack sidewalks. Syracuse scores as a "walker's paradise" on www.walkscore.com. To believe the folks at www.walkscore.com, Syracuse is a "walker's paradise." The top three cities for walking: San Francisco, New York and Boston.
