Typical Govt. run institution wanting to run everyone else's lives, when they can't even run thier own correctly. Schools need to educate people,and to police thier own pervert teachers and coaches. And leave the rearing of the kids to the parents.If what the parents do is illegal, Then that is what the Police Dept. is for.
