I agree, but they will remain inside and eat 3 meals a day. AND receive better health care than our citizens out here. |
the health care thing is a lie you have to be seriously ill to be seen by a doctor, a nurse will see you first to determine if you need medical attention. anyone can go to an emergency room or dial 911.
btw i'm not on the inmates side i still bellieve the department of corrections should enforce a " no warning shot " policy. anyone stupid enough to get involved in a negative subculture sould accept the cosequences. |

they should follow the Arpaio method. very successful in arizona |

You know what, they should build a mega prison out in needles that could house 20k prioners. no air conditioner for the prison population.

The transition of Heman G. Stark Youth Correctional Facility to an adult facility was inevitable. Although Heman G. Stark, YCF has been described as the flagship for the Division of Juvenile Justice, it has been plagued with corruption, incompetent leadership, and a staff murder. Additionally there is a civil rights trial scheduled for January 2010 centering on a single peace officer molesting and raping wards for over 7-years. Dozens upon dozens of wards filed grievances and complaints with little or no action by the leadership. If the complaints were investigated, the investigations were poor at best with predetermined outcomes of not sustaining the allegations. In the end, the wards suffered, the staff suffered, and the public suffered from the incompetence and corruption by the leadership and the investigators who investigated these claims. It is time for the Heman G. Stark Youth Correctional Facility to go.

I say they the little dirtbags live in the mess they created with the riot, who cares what their Living quarters are like, they are criminals.
LET THEM ROT |
why can't we just have them life in tents out in the middle of no where. have them work for their food, shelter, and clothing. why do the tax payers have to take care of them better then we do ourselves? lets us our tax money on us. they are criminals. just give them the basic to survive. 98% of them did not go to prison for the first time and i'm sure not making an illegal left turn.
See this is what I'm talking about..you have no clue. This is the juvenile facility, the riot was at the adult prison. They should be the ones sleeping outside in tents and eating green balogna(sp) |
Yup they should sleep out side and if they move they should have some one shoot them this sooooo not far it ther mess let those f^%$ faces clean it up
They should be fixing their own mess. let them rebuild it. why do we give a damn how they sleep.
I say put them all on a freakin cot outside like the dogs they are.!! |
I was thinking the same thing. Lots of wide open secluded land in the high desert. Coming back from Vegas just as you enter the California side I saw this huge patch of land and even said to my wife; "This is where they should build some ultra mega prison and shut down all the old facilities since many are outdated and located in very highly populated cities." |

All criminals should be made to fight over seas. Put them all on a boat and drop them off. Good luck and good riddin's

were talking about kids here. I know that criminals shouldn't be well taken care of, but just because your behind bars doesn't make you a killer. There are people falsely convicted, adults and children, you think they should be treated like animals. Facilities such as these can turn a once innocent child/adult into a cold hearted soul. Don't get me wrong prisoners should be punished but it's up to the government to decide if the punishment fits the crime and more times then most it doesn't. Just some food for thought
