Police Officer Injured In Accident
An accident sent a Waco police officer to the hospital Saturday evening. Police at the scene of the accident say the officer, whose name wasn't released, was driving northbound in the 9000 block area of China Spring Highway, at about 6:30 p.m. When he noticed a vehicle performing a traffic violation, he made a U-turn in the road.
