Ross Airport Receives Repair Funding
U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown announced, Thursday, that Ross County Airport in Chillicothe was awarded $347,248 by the U.S. Department of Transportation for crack sealing and marking to repair the airport apron, to update the T-hangar taxiways to maintain their structural integrity, and to minimize debris. "This is great news for Ross County," Brown said.

Former Huntington manager charged with embezzling millions
A former Huntington National Bank manager has agreed to plead guilty to embezzling $4.1 million and failing to pay nearly $1 million in taxes. Joseph P. Molnar, 50, of Chillicothe in Ross County, was charged in U.S. District Court in Columbus with embezzling and with lying on an income-tax return.

Ex-Chillicothe police chief sues city over firing
Chillicothe's recently fired police chief has taken a counter-shot, today filing a lawsuit against the city. Claiming that his Aug. 22 firing by Mayor Jack Everson was an act of retaliation, former chief Roger Moore, accompanied by Columbus lawyer Tom Tootle, filed his wrongful termination suit at the Ross County courthouse this afternoon.
Adena Cancels Surgeries Thursday
Problems with sterilization equipment have forced Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe to postpone all elective surgery. Hospital spokesperson Maria Smith says some surgical towels came back stained on Wednesday, prompting the decision.

Training Center to Reopen at OU-C
