Flood-damaged track blocking freight, tourists

Full story: Chattanooga Times Free Press

Workers will begin repairing train tracks this week after damage from September floods put a major kink in transportation lines in Walker and Chattooga counties.

i try to be as civic minded as anyone but the millions of dollars we spend on keeping the train running to summerville a few times a year is just crazy.pork at it,s finest.what we,ve spent on the turntable and the rest of it just does make sense to me

it does (not)make sense to me.it,s nice to see it but at what cost.the money could have been spent at a lot better places
