Riverton highway improvement projects moving closer to completion

Asphalt paving is complete, and highway striping is scheduled for early next week on the Riverview Road highway improvement project. Due to recent cold weather, the Wyoming Department of Transportation is working with paving subcontractor McGarvin-Moberly Construction Co., of Worland to delay chip sealing of the new roadway driving surface until next June.

Magpul Gets $8.3 Million Grant to Move Operations to Cheyenne

The Wyoming State Loan and Investment Board has approved a new financial package to help bring Magpul Industries to Cheyenne. The board on Wednesday voted 4-1 to lower the previously approved $13 million grant to $8.3 million for the Colorado producer of magazines for guns to move its manufacturing and warehouse operations.
