WVU Academy of Civil Engineers Inducts Five New Members
WVU Civil Engineering Academy Inductees - Left to right, Ray E. Martin, David R. Martinelli, Roger K. Seals, and Chester Allen were inducted into the WVU Academy of Civil Engineers recently.
