Tornado Rated an EF-2 in North Iowa and Southern Minnesota
National Weather Service meteorologists from La Crosse, WI are investigating the tornado which started 4.2 miles northeast of Riceville, IA at 2:30 pm on Sunday, May 22 and ended about one mile north of Harmony, Minnesota.
