Garage Fire Engulfs Two Vehicles At Sorghum Mill Drive Home
A garage fire erupted at 35 Sorghum Mill Dr. early this morning. At 8:14 a.m., the Cheshire Fire Department received a call reporting a fire at the Sorghum Mill Drive address, according to Fire Chief Jack Casner.

Cheshire Community Caroling and Tree Lighting Planned for Dec. 8
Join the Cheshire Community Chorus and Santa in an old fashioned carol sing-a-long at the annual Tree Lighting on the Cheshire Green! The tree lighting on the Cheshire Green will be held Sunday, Dec. 8 at 6 p.m. Caroling begins at 5:45 p.m. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held Dec. 9. Sheet music will be provided.
