The Purple Rose Theatre Company, the Michigan Equity troupe founded by Tony Award-nominated actor Jeff Daniels in his hometown, will stage the world premiere of Daniels' Escanaba , the final play in a popular comic trilogy set in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
