Cops: 3 Chelsea cab firms sold drugs on-site

Square Cab Inc., Yellow Cab Inc. and Independent Taxi Inc., all of 183 Washington Ave., had their operation licenses suspended by the Chelsea Licensing Commission on Tuesday night.
