Thats was great, I didn't even know councillor Lenzi could speak. See what being a lame duck can do for you? There was some good coaching with a couple of the councillors on this issue though Bernie was looking at Rita like she had 3 heads. Rita obviously doesnt comprehend or listen so well.

Rita does not understand the word denied...
deny - refuse to grant

For her to sit there at the council meeting and not accept that Kazanjian was denied a permit to hook up to the Lowell system and instead talk about why he was not allowed to hook up was just disrespectful to the residents in the city.

The mayor showed his ignorance on the billing process when made the comment that Lowell may save money because Chelmsford gets a discounted rate from Lowell on the sewerage.

Don't forget the below market lease deal with the registry that was unanimously approved. Has anyone seen financial projections and returns for the Early Garage project? This could turn out to be the next money pit the city ends up giving away to Umass.

That was some great sleuth work by Lenzi last night. He is so smart. Who would ever have thought that information could possibly get leaked to the press? Kudos!

And Rita, you are absolutely correct. We should all exercise civil disobedience and go against what our city government tells us to do.

And Armand, it is terrible the way people politicize a political election even though you requested 2 reports from the city manager "before next Tuesday."

Good job, guys!

"This could turn out to be the next money pit the city ends up giving away to Umass."

No chance, as the "pit" is the debt service. In the arena deal the City retains the debt. Take away the debt and the Early garage is making money for sure, and the RMV presence may increase that with a lot of short term parking.

I was amazed at Lenzi "knowing that that the prior building was tied into Lowell" prior to Kazanjian. Even more amazed that Rita thought she knew what she was talking about, but really sounds like typical white trailertrash Lowellian (Seriously Rita, brush up on your communication skills, you sound like you have a 5th grade education like Caulfield does). Amazed that Armand always tries to squash Millanazzo's attempt to gain access to information regarding corrupt colleagues. And also amazed that Councilor Elliot continues to be a buffoon and tag along with the other corrupt politicians.

Vote these rogue politicans off next Tuesday...DONT FORGET TO VOTE.

Kazanjian should be removed, and definitely not re-elected. He is as crooked as they come. Kazanjian could be a stand in for Sgt. Schultz, I know nothing, I see nothing, I hear nothing.

Rita, Armand and the old timers need to go, they can't be trusted either.

As far as the RMV goes, we all will now have to pay for parking to do any business with the RMV. I'll bet this was the 1st thing that came to their little heads. How can we screw the taxpayer more.

But I dont' pick the location when I post. When I post from work it says Bedford which is correct. When I post from home it says Billerica, which is odd because I'm in Lowell.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Pisces

The last thing you want to do is to picking over every little thing. Instead, you have one eye permanently on the clock and you're trying to cram as many activities into the day as possible. This will be good fun and you'll enjoy keeping up the momentum, but beware of a possible tendency to become reckless or to try to cut corners in order to save time, because this will be self-defeating in the long run.
