Shamus Pippel and Zachary Parsons , members of Boy Scout Troop No. 89, received Eagle Awards at a Court of Honor ceremony June 21. For his Eagle project, Pippel planned and constructed an 8 feet by 8 feet feeder for upland birds in the Chelan Butte area for the Department of Fish and Wildlife.
