Community park creator has grand vision for entire block
Traveling from Chehalis to help out, Diane MacArthur joins a group of volunteers July 27th as they continue establishing the West Central Park at Harrison and Division in west Olympia.Alicia Elliott, the initial owner and developer of the park, purchased the land in December 2012 with the expressed intent to turn it into a community park.
