The man suspected in a shooting outside an Evansville grocery store Tuesday is in custody and police say public tips played a major part in his quick arrest Wednesday evening.

That is the headline to a long story yesterday in the Evansville Courier & Press , reported by Mark Wilson.

The six-year-old lawsuit, filed in Warrick County, Ind., went to trial in Vanderburgh County with Circuit Court Judge Carl Heldt presiding as special judge.

That's far more than usual, with the high number attributed by Town Council President Brian Lucas at least in part to a new meter reading and billing system put in place at the start of the year.
