Rolling Hills Ranch retirement community, 4324 N. 132nd St., will offer Trick-or-Treat Halloween Safe House from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Children accompanied by an adult are invited to trick-or-treat throughout the building as they show off their costumes and Halloween spirit to the senior residents.
