Mark O'Brien: In politics, big picture is blurred

This one should be a no-brainer, but then again, we're talking politics. On Thursday night, Escambia County commissioners will vote on a plan to trade one tax for another, all to ensure bus service in a time that screams out for saving jobs, boosting the economy and reducing traffic.
