A Queen Anne's County man has been indicted in federal court in a multiyear investigation into the illegal catching and selling of Chesapeake Bay rockfish.

A 60-year-old man was found Saturday night suffering from life-threatening injuries outside a Millersville liquor store, county police and firefighters said.
