A teenager in military fatigues tossed a crisply folded American flag onto a pile several stories high Sunday evening at the state fairgrounds in Geddes.

Two Oswego County men are facing felony charges in a burglary this month at a town of Palermo home, county sheriff's deputies said today.

An Oswego County man was listed in critical condition Friday at Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, after being struck Thursday night by two vehicles, including a pickup driven by a Calcium man, on Interstate 81 in the town of Cicero.
