Tour de Kota an experience for riders and observers alike
CENTERVILLE - Failing in its efforts to drown riders with torrential rain Thursday afternoon in Vermillion, nature did an about-face and gave Argus Leader Tour de Kota participants a fine morning for the conclusion of the trek.
